Get the organization's integrations policy

The policy an organization admin set in Financy: per-connector and per-action switches, what API clients without their own grant get, and per-member connector restrictions. policy is null when none was set (the plan alone decides). It can only narrow access, never widen it. An API key sees only the restriction of the user its token names.

403Refused. type: INSUFFICIENT_SCOPE, FORBIDDEN, IP_NOT_ALLOWED, NOT_AVAILABLE_ON_SURFACE.

409Conflict. type: ACCOUNT_TERMINATION_PENDING.

429Too many requests. type: RATE_LIMITED. At most 600 requests per minute per API client (all user ids of the key together); wait as Retry-After says.

500Internal error. type: INTERNAL.

503Temporarily unavailable. type: TEMPORARILY_UNAVAILABLE.
