Starts an on-demand refresh of every refreshable connection the user has, independent of the automatic schedule. A flat 20 credits are charged on accept, debited from the organization's credit balance (not from the daily automatic-refresh allowance). The call returns as soon as the refresh is enqueued (it does not wait for banks) — poll each connection's lastFetchedAt to detect completion, typically within 1–2 minutes. If a refresh is already in flight the call returns 200 with already_running and is not charged again. Automatic refresh is plan-dependent: the aggregation cron ticks every 6 hours (Asia/Jerusalem, starting in the morning); Free/Starter get the morning pass, Pro gets all four ticks.
