The card charges and refunds a clearing integration's payment gateway recorded (Pelecard, Pro plan and above), deleted ones left out.

• kind charge takes money from the card; refund returns it, and refundOf names the charge. Amounts are positive integers in minor units (agorot for ILS): subtract refunds yourself.
• batch.number is null until the terminal sends the transaction to Shva in its nightly batch.
• There are no fees or payouts here: what the acquirer pays out is in GET /{integrationId}/settlements of an Isracard Business integration.
• Items are in key order, not sorted by date: sort them yourself.

An integration whose connector does not sync this stream answers an empty page with freshness.dataAsOf null, not an error.
