Connect Priority
Connect Priority ERP (Priority Cloud) with a read-only API user to read sales documents, customers, suppliers, supplier invoices, the general ledger, orders and inventory next to your bank data.
Connect Priority
Priority (פריוריטי) is the first ERP you can connect to Financy. An ERP holds what an invoicing system does not: what you owe suppliers, the general ledger, open orders and inventory. Once connected, Financy reads it and puts it next to the banks and cards you already linked. Financy never writes anything to Priority.
Available on Pro and Ultra. Priority is in beta, and only Priority Cloud is supported for now.

Data refreshes from Priority about every hour, plus a full rescan weekly.
Connect
- Ask your Priority system administrator for an API user that can read invoices, receipts, customers and the company details. To read the rest of the table above, the user also needs read access to suppliers, supplier invoices, the ledger, orders and inventory.
- Copy your company's REST API URL. It looks like
https://xxx.priority-connect.online/odata/Priority/tabXXX.ini/company. - In Financy go to Accounts → Business systems (חשבונות ← מערכות עסקיות). Priority is listed under ERP systems (מערכות ERP).
- Next to Priority click Connect (חיבור) and enter the REST API URL, the API user's username and password on the secure page.
With a Priority personal access token (PAT), enter the token as the username and the wordPATas the password.
Financy verifies the details, stores them in an encrypted vault and runs the first sync. They never pass through a chat.
Read only
Financy reads Priority and never writes to it. It does not issue documents or create customers there. To issue invoices and receipts through Financy (as drafts you approve), connect an invoicing system such as Invoice4U or Morning.
Access from external AI apps
Settings → MCP connection → Access from external AI apps (הגדרות ← חיבור ל-MCP ← גישה מאפליקציות AI חיצוניות) decides whether ChatGPT, Claude and other MCP clients can read Priority data: Off (כבוי) or Read only (קריאה בלבד, the default on connect). The setting is valid for one year.
Read it through the API
With the same API credentials you use for bank data, Priority's documents, customers, receivables, payables, suppliers, supplier invoices, ledger, orders and inventory are under https://api.open-finance.ai/integrations. See Business systems API.
Disconnect
On the Priority row open the ⋯ menu, choose Disconnect (ניתוק) and confirm. The API user's details are deleted immediately and Financy stops reading Priority. The data disappears from Financy right away, and the copy kept on our side is deleted within seven days. Nothing changes in Priority itself.

Troubleshooting
"The provider did not accept this key" (הספק לא קיבל את המפתח הזה): Check that the REST API URL is the company's full URL (ending in the company name), and that the username and password belong to an API user that is still active. With a PAT, the password must be the word PAT.
Some data is missing: The API user may lack read access to that screen in Priority. Ask your administrator to add it.
"Available on the Pro plan and above" (זמין בתוכנית Pro ומעלה): Priority needs Pro or above. Click Upgrade (שדרוג) next to it.
